Information for Suppliers

Customer Account and Order Information

New suppliers may be required to complete Crescent’s supplier onboarding process and provide legal, tax, banking, ownership, contact and operational information.

Depending on the nature of the goods or services, Crescent may also request relevant licences, GMP or GDP evidence, certifications, insurance information, quality documentation, technical agreements or other due-diligence evidence.

Goods or services should not be supplied without an authorised purchase order or other written instruction from the relevant Crescent Group company unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Suppliers should:

  • Check the legal entity placing the order.
  • Follow the delivery location and instructions shown on the purchase order.
  • Quote the relevant purchase order number on delivery documentation and invoices.
  • Inform Crescent promptly of material legal, ownership, tax, regulatory or banking changes.
  • Comply with applicable quality, regulatory, ethical, environmental and contractual requirements.
  • Refer to the current Conditions of Purchase before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Crescent’s Conditions of Purchase provide that each order creates a separate contract with the Group company placing that order. The supplier set-up documentation also requires suppliers to identify the Crescent company for which the form is completed.

Payment and Banking Security
Banking details supplied during onboarding are independently verified before payment is released.

Any subsequent request to change banking information is subject to verification. Suppliers should not assume that amended instructions have been accepted until confirmation has been provided through an authorised Crescent route.

Crescent will not publish Group banking information on this website. Bank and remittance details should be exchanged only through controlled and independently verified channels.
