Your CV and application details may be retained until the relevant vacancy has been filled. Where you attend an interview, any interview notes, assessments or test results may also be retained as part of the recruitment record.
If you are appointed, relevant recruitment information, including your CV, may be transferred to and retained within your personnel record. If you are not appointed, your application information will normally be securely deleted six months after the recruitment campaign has concluded, in accordance with our data retention policy.
